The development objective of the project is to increase the development of sustainable landscape restoration practices in relation to the climate and to increase access to income opportunities in the municipalities in which the project operates. Specifically, the program aims to (i) develop and implement forest, pastoral and fisheries management plans; (ii) implement the NDC and NDT of Niger; (iii) restore landscapes and ecosystem services; (iv) strengthen the resilience of local livelihoods; (iv) strengthen the resilience of local livelihoods; (v) develop NTFPs and fishery products and intangible capital; and (vi) support the creation of integrated community agro-sylvo-pastoral farms (FACI).
