Cible 1 : "30% de la superficie du pays est érigée en aires protégées d’ici 2030"

Les actions à mener pour atteindre cette cible sont sous  différentes formes il s’agira notamment des actions directes ou indirectes de conservation et d’utilisation durable de la biodiversité, il s’agit également de la gestion durable des zones protégées et autres mesures efficaces de conservation en s'attaquant aux moteurs indirects du changement de la biodiversité.
